Where the Day Slows Down
Wellness at Ora Grands is not a single room at the end of a corridor. It runs the length of the estate — from the twenty-five metres of heated water that spill toward the Arabian Sea, to the shaded cabanas, the hydrothermal suite, and the garden pavilion where the day begins with breath and light.
Our therapists trained in Kerala and in Europe, and the menu reflects both: time-honoured Abhyanga and Shirodhara alongside deep-tissue and aromatherapy. Every journey opens with a short consultation and closes with herbal tea in the relaxation lounge, unhurried.
The Infinity Pool
Twenty-five metres of heated water, held level with the horizon so the two appear to meet. Lap lanes are marked at dawn and lifted by nine, when the deck turns over to teak loungers, cold towels and a pace closer to standing still.
The pool is open from six in the morning until midnight, lit from beneath after dark. An attendant works the deck throughout the day; nothing has to be asked for twice.

The Spa at Ora
Eight candlelit rooms open off a corridor lined in teak and lime plaster, two of them couples' suites that give onto a private walled garden. Treatments begin with a short consultation over tea and end whenever you're ready to leave.
The hydrothermal suite — steam, sauna and a twelve-degree plunge — is yours to use before or after, and the relaxation lounge asks only for quiet.

Cabanas & the Sunken Bar
Six curtained cabanas line the long edge of the pool, each with a daybed, a fan and a bell that is answered in under a minute. Reserve one for the day and lunch comes to you.
At the shallow end, the sunken bar is built into the water itself — chilled feni spritzes, tender coconut and a short menu of coastal small plates from eleven until seven.

The Garden Pavilion
An open-sided teak pavilion set among the frangipani, used for sunrise hatha and pranayama and, on Saturdays, for guided sound baths as the light goes.
Sessions are complimentary for resident guests and capped at twelve mats. Private instruction — yoga, breathwork or personal training — can be arranged with a day's notice.
